Our mission is to provide thoughtfully designed spaces that combine comfort, reliability, and hospitality so every guest can relax, recharge, and feel cared for.
Our Story
Our company was born out of a heart for serving others. As a mother to a military son and soon to be military daughter, Theresa understands the importance of creating comfortable and family-friendly spaces where everyone can feel at home.
With a diverse background as a certified Life Coach and early experience managing a real estate office, Theresa has always been passionate about creating meaningful experiences.
Having traveled extensively and stayed in countless Airbnbs herself, she recognized the unique difference that a welcoming, well-prepared home can make for a guest. Hosting on her own property, she saw firsthand the joy of providing a place where families, professional athletes, business travelers, and mothers seeking a quiet retreat could all feel at ease.

Originally from Wisconsin, Theresa spent 20 years in Arizona and continues to travel throughout the U.S.
Her love of people, places, and meaningful connections is at the heart of every home we host.
